Mizu the Marine Cat is a cat that has prominent control over water. She was captured by Platinum the Mineralhog with her other companions and they were brainwashed. She returned to her normal state when she was defeated by Josh's Tachyon Kick.

History[]
She is a homunculus created by Aero the Wind Ancienthog and Aqua the Water Ancienthog. After several years, she was allowed to go free around Antiquus. However, she was brainwashed along with her fellows by Platinum the Mineralhog. She was given the job to track Golver and Silvold, but her great willpower made her return to Josh and fight him. When the brainwash took no effect on her as she was defeated, she joined the I.T.S. and also became the Ventilus Princess. She tried to free her companions from mind control. She tried to defeat Platinum, but she was still defeated, with her Megalodon Core that housed her consciousness significantly damaged and was in dire need of repair.
She was caught up by Josh and he tried to repair her core that housed her consciousness. Since that incident, Mizu was warned that she can't battle until her core is repaired.

Abilities[]
Hydrokinesis - She has the ability to control pre-existing water in the environment, as long as the source is within her magical range. She can also create water out of her hands or even release a beam of water from her mouth.
Electric Whip - She can electrocute her opponents with her whips.
Octopus Suctions - She can walk on walls due to her artificial octopi tentacles that act as suctions.
High Strategical Intellect - She has great strategical intellect, as was shown in The New Organization Chapter 1: The Eggmen Assault - Episode 15, that she can take advantages of Jack's elemental changes.
High Willpower - She wields great willpower, rendering possessions useless, but it is shown that only brainwashing can control her.
Weaknesses[]
She has weaknesses over physical arts, due to being frail. Her armor is not really tough. She has a weakness over wind as well, making her water freeze. Due to being agile, she only focuses on one enemy.
